Chagrin Falls dentist LMK-000176_jay_kay.jpg If you're looking for a good time, try the dance floor, whether you know what you're doing or not. It's not important if your fancy spin turns out to be a disaster. When you're in the zone, you're in the zone. It's all comes down to attitude.

And attitude is spelled: J-K, short for Jay Kay, leader of Jamiroquai, the ever popular British acid jazz band. The name is a blending of Jam and the Iroquois Indians, who put out some totally awesome pulsating beats. Have a listen to their various musical numbers.

Go find their Virtual Insanity video on the internet and you'll see that the attitude oozes out of the screen. Jay Kay looks like he is engaging in some sort of tribal break dance wrapped in some interpretative jazz.

Young and old both bond with the music. Maybe that's the reason they have been a success in the music business for so long.

Contemplating old age and endurance got me to consider the plusses of dancing. It has been demonstrated to not only maintain bone strength; it also delays death. The Japanese are a great example of this. Some of their women live to age 120!

But can you really dance with dentures knocking around as you boogie? You fear that when you do the hoedown they might come loose and fall down and crack? or worse, make you ashamed!

Many people have probably opted for dentures when they could have effortlessly resolved their problems with dental veneers.

If you don't like the gaps in your teeth — even if the Leaning Tower of Pisa is straighter than your teeth — you can still have them looking and feeling like new. You don't have to grow new teeth. As an alternative, check out Chagrin Falls dental veneers. Simply make an appointment to come see me in my Chagrin Falls dental office and we'll fix those teeth of yours so you can get your groove on without losing sleep over the thought of looking for your teeth on the dance floor.
